About the vacancy

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth by finding and attracting the right people to a wide variety of roles.  Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful applicant will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across the Company, providing an excellent candidate experience and developing the COOMBES brand.


Effectively liaising with hiring managers, you will ensure accurate depiction of vacancies, advertise through a range of mediums and conduct proactive candidate searches.  You will take the lead in the coordination and design of interview processes and support throughout.  The successful candidate will also keep abreast of the labour market, proactively benchmarking positions and report trends and KPI’s.


As well as sharing the ethos and values of our Company, candidates must have the following:

·        Demonstrable experience of in-house recruitment

·        Experience of direct sourcing candidates through a variety of channels

·        Candidate search/resourcing skills, including multiple job boards and LinkedIn

·        Knowledge and experience of Brand Development, including use of Glassdoor

·        Good understanding of Equality and Diversity and GDPR and their application in recruitment

Salary: circa £28,000

Working Hours: 37.5 per week
