We are on the search for a receptionist to join the COOMBES family and operate the front desk!  

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of call for all clients, contractors and the COOMBES team. Exceptional customer service skills is defiantly the key to securing such position.  

You will be on hand to welcome everyone to our Head office based in Petersfield. Second to welcoming visitors and guest, you will also be re-routing calls to a number of departments whilst organising and scheduling a verity of meetings across all our office locations.

Being the face of COOMBES also mean you will be in charge of order processing all our office supplies and possibly PPE for each division/department across the company.

The use of Microsoft packages will be part of your daily tasks. You will be writing, scanning and converting a number of documents to our cloud storage. The daily update of notice boards around our offices for teams to read and follow is also a key part to our ongoing success, please be creative and capture our teams attention.

Working hours will be 08:00am – 17:00pm (With 1hr lunch)
