About the vacancy:

COOMBES require an experienced Project Coordinator to support our busy delivery office in Petersfield on a full time, permanent basis.

Key duties include accurate recording of site data, ensuring compliance to internal and external standards and the coordination of a range of resources, thereby ensuring seamless delivery and an excellent service to our clients. Candidates must therefore have exceptional attention to detail, substantial experience in MS Excel and have the ability to build good internal and external working relationships.

As Project Coordinator you will be supporting a Project Manager and the wider team, and so excellent organisation and communication skills will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have had experience using online maps and adapt well to changing priorities. This role requires you to be proactive in your approach and, as an integral member of the team, demonstrate initiative in problem solving.

The role will require you to be a self-motivated team member who can work both independently and ‘muck-in’ as part of a team. You will take pride in your work, complete tasks to a high standard, in line with COOMBES’s ethos and values.

Salary: C£25,000 PA

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, to be worked Monday – Friday
